Camping /Lodging

All roads lead to Temerity Woods! At least those roads traveled by people interested in multi-cultural, multi-racial, fun-filled events!

Temerity Woods is a privately-owned forty-acre tract-located in the woods of the Ozark foothills, near Rolla, Missouri. We are about 100 miles SW of St. Louis, close to I-44. (see directions below)
Our facilities are well-developed with cabins, a meeting room with kitchen facilities, RV spaces, and camping spaces. Flower gardens, a hot tub building, fountains, ponds, and picnic pavilions with plenty of room to roam.

All events at Temerity Woods are hosted by the Palmberg Family. Bruce, Sandy, and three of their children– Keshia, Jon and Kayla, (several dogs, cats, ducks, geese, guineas, turkeys and wild critters in the woods!)
This family works especially hard in preparation for your enjoyment. Once here—you are FAMILY!

Upon arrival, you will check into a cabin, park your own RV in a full-hookup space, or “rough-it” in a primitive camp space. (Of course—there are showers, bathrooms, a hot tub, and a laundry to ease the “ROUGH” in “rough-it”!

Registration Fees:
Single: $90.00 (4 days)
Family: (3 or more) $175.00

Lodging Cost:

RV hook-up: $90 (4 days)

Cabin Bunk: $20 per person

Cabins are dormatory style, guests are separated by gender

Tent Spaces are free!! (bring your own tent)

Directions To Temerity Woods

We are located in the woods! Go to interstate 44 and Highway 63 south at Rolla, Missouri (100 miles SW of St. Louis, 100 miles E. Of Springfield, MO. And 100 miles so. Of Columbia, MO.) Exit 186, take Hwy.63 South through Rolla to Hwy 72 (see signs here for Salem, MO.) Turn left towards salem (East) Go about 10 miles to “old highway 72” note: go past County Road 5420 —turn at the next right past 5420. (see signs here “universal challenge center” old hwy 72) Turn right (the only way!) To County Rd. 5480 (1/8 mile) Turn right on County Road 5480 Go about 1/2 mile to Temerity Woods sign on right. Go past ponds and house, keep right in driveway. Stop at larger building. (you have arrived!)
